Shipping

We ship using Canada Post/USPS Monday - Friday, excluding holidays, out of our studio in Vancouver, BC. Please allow up to 24 hours for processing. All orders are trackable. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation along with your tracking number. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your tracking information to update. Shipments within North America take an average of 4-8 business days to be delivered.**Please expect additional delays due to COVID-19 & USPS issues. Custom fees and duties may apply to orders going outside of Canada. Priory is not responsible for any additional charges incurred when imported.

Return Policy

If you wish to make a return or exchange, please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refunds will be processed upon receipt of return, given that the customer pays for the return shipping unless reason for return is a manufacturing issue. Please allow 3-7 business days for return processing after return is received back.

Original shipping fees are not refundable, and discounted shipping rates will be deducted from your refund. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs including any duties or custom fees. Priory Clothing Inc. is not responsible for any lost returns.
