I bought this at a vintage shop and the sales woman assured me it is Pendleton, but since the tag has been cut out, I can't confirm that. Size 20, but fits like a modern size 14. Waist is about 17.5 inches across the front and length is approximately 29 inches from waist to hem. Smoke free and pet-friendly home!
