Gorgeous runway piece from 1980 that has an easy to wear feel. Off the shoulder ruffled caped neckline and easy through the body. There is a matching tie that you can conch the waited in more or wear it looser and easy. The skirt is higher and the front and the lightness of the sails lets it float around you.
